Est.2026 ships from Sydney, Australia which means taxes and import duties may be applied to deliveries outside of Australia. Customers are liable for the Taxes, Import Duties & customs fees associated with the delivery country nominated.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COST
Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to COVID-19.
Domestic orders are delivered within 5 business days.
International orders are delivered within 15 Business days (dependent upon the destination and customs processing).
How much does shipping cost?
- Deliveries to Australia are free
- Shipping to New Zealand costs $15
- International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 per bag (additional straps are free).
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Your original purchase must be in its original condition and resalable. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so we advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning to and that you obtain proof of postage.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Est.2026 will repair or replace your handbag, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you believe your product is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We are confident your bag will last you for years but for peace of mind, all 2026 products come with a one year warranty against material defects and faulty workmanship. If you believe your product is faulty please email email@example.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
